MDK Properties, LLC was founded in 2008 by a group of real estate professionals bringing 20+ years of experience in hands-on multifamily and commercial operations & management. Collectively, the principals of MDK have aquired, managed or consulted on a portfolio of apartment properties totaling in excess of 3,100 units throught the Midwest and East Coast, as well as management of approximately 250,000 sq. ft. of office and retail space. 

MDK Properties offers professional third-party managment services for owners of mid-large size apartment communities in and outside the Chicagoland area, as well as office and retail assets. We employ only the highest quality managers, leasing consultants and maintenance technicians for a level of service unmatched by our competitors.
